The design of the restaurant is inspired by the Forbidden City in Beijing: bright red dining chairs are paired with Chinese screens, and are decorated with silk paintings and crystal chandeliers to accentuate the palace style. Renowned for its excellent traditional Cantonese cuisine, its menu includes a variety of authentic Cantonese dishes and seasonal delicacies. Executive Chef Chef Leung Yu King emphasizes that he has always cooked according to the traditional methods he has learned, rather than "fusion" of various dishes. The promotion menu can give a glimpse of Chef Leung's cooking philosophy.
